About me
For the past 20 years, I have dedicated my career to the Woodward-Granger Community School District, where I currently serve as the Director of Technology. Over the last 14 years in this leadership role, I have focused on aligning our district’s technical infrastructure with high-level instructional goals to ensure technology serves as a bridge, not a barrier, to learning.My approach is deeply rooted in my first six years as a classroom teacher, where I taught first, second, and third grades. During that time, I balanced my teaching responsibilities with roles as the Building Technology Coordinator and a member of our district-wide integration team. This dual-perspective—having been both the educator in the room and the administrator behind the systems—allows me to advocate for solutions that are as practical as they are innovative.Currently, I co-lead Hawk Innovation, our district’s technology integration team, where we work to empower staff and students through meaningful digital transformation.
