Brian Krause serves as the Regional Education Technology Coordinator for Chicagoland at the Learning Technology Center, where he partners with districts to ensure technology is used with purpose, not just for its own sake. A Google for Education Certified Innovator, Trainer, and Coach, Brian brings deep expertise in translating research-based practices into classroom-ready strategies. His work centers on helping educators make intentional, instructionally sound decisions about when and how to bring technology into the classroom, always keeping student learning and equitable access at the core. He is passionate about building a sustainable, human-first approach to edtech that outlasts any single tool or trend.Outside of work, Brian can usually be found hunting down a good cheap flight, enjoying a crispy Diet Coke, and spreading the good word of Chicago dogs to anyone who will listen.
